A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and dispatched.

When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:-

Placement of an order

Cancelling an order
As a customer, you are free to cancel an order within 14 days and will be refunded amount of your order to their account the order originally was paid from. This is providing your order has not already shipped to you, which is usually within 48 hours of the order being placed.

Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content, prices. Please note we only ship to the UK at this time. If you wish to place an international order please contact us via email and we can arrange payment via bank transfer or paypal as well as quote for shipping.

Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned and at the time relevant delivery option(s). Lightgun Retro Gaming assumes no responsibility for damages during transport or damages caused from any delays beyond its control. We will however do our best to ensure all items are properly packaged and we only use shipping methods (Royal Mail, DPD, DHL and Parcel Force) that have a proven track record of delivery excellence. Please note we only ship to the UK at this time. If you wish to place an international order please contact us via email and we can arrange payment via bank transfer or paypal as well as quote for shipping.

Returns Policy
Lightgun Retro Gaming accepts returns within 10 business days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products will need to be returned in original packaging and well sealed/taped. Return postage is at the buyers expense. Products that have been opened from sealed packaging (for example, card sleeves or action figures) are not eligible for returns however we will always do our best to rectify any issues if you are not satisfied with your order. No products may be returned to Lightgun Retro Gaming without the prior written consent of Lightgun Retro Gaming and are subject to a return charge. Please send an email to hello@lightgungames.co.uk if there is an issue with your order due to shipping damage along with photos of the item.

Liability

We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
